Confidential peer groups are a proven model for senior executives to engage in powerful conversations about their toughest business, leadership, and personal challenges. HBS has been a pioneer in this movement with its unique on-campus living groups. We are now extending this experience beyond campus with Virtual Living Groups that continue after you graduate from OPM.

How it works

Virtual Living Groups (VLGs) meet in a confidential setting, following a proven process, inspired by and modelled on other executive peer support programs like YPO and Entrepreneurs Organization.

A professional facilitator ensures high-value, deep sharing.

VLGs build on the Circles experiences from your unit and will continue to meet using the Circles platform.

Commitment

Clear expectations make the experience work

Attend all 6 initial sessions of your VLG

Respect sessions like you do your Board of Directors. Schedule and commit to attending your Living Group’s virtual sessions that will be scheduled after finishing unit 3, barring an emergency.

Come Prepared

Attend each session in a quiet place with a computer with a camera and headset. Live support will minimize any potential issues that might distract the group.

Confirm the meeting schedule

After registration, your guide will reach out to confirm and agree on at least your first session date and time, and your second and third sessions, if possible.

Pricing

• Participation in the program (6 facilitated sessions) is priced at $500usd, to be paid in full before session 1
• Your commitment is risk-free. You can get a full refund after session 1 if you prefer not to continue

Squads will launch with 6-8 participants. In the case that your selection does not have the minimum number of participants to kick-off, we will keep your name and include you in the next cohort
